Meet the Founders

Urban Survival Fitness was established by our dedicated founder, Jeffrey McMillan, and wellness coach, Terri Carrigan. Together with their highly skilled staff, they’ve designed individual and team workouts that cater to ANY fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, we strive to help you achieve your unique fitness goals while fostering a sense of camaraderie, friendly competition, and self-discipline. Our classes are UNIQUE, HIGH ENERGY, INTENSE, AND FUN!
Gym & Group Workouts
Our dynamic group workouts are the heart and soul of our fitness community. Updated regularly based on demand, these sessions challenge and inspire you to push your physical boundaries and strive for improvement. For a more personalized approach, we also offer bespoke personal training by appointment.

Urban Self Defense Classes
In addition to our regular fitness programs, we periodically offer an intense, powerful Urban Self Defense program specifically designed for women. This 5-hour hands-on course focuses on building confidence, awareness, and the skills necessary to defend yourself effectively in any situation.
